Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging (when applicable). You’ll also need the order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are made to order, the following are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized items (made to your specifications)

  • Items marked final sale

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Note: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right—see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@byluminos.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged/defective)

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Your bank/card may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@byluminos with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label
    We’ll replace it or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your card company/bank. If you still need help, email us at info@byluminos.
